In April, Bulkmatic underwent an intensive renewal audit, where every facet of our operations was examined by an external auditor. The purpose of this audit was to verify that we continue to meet the requirements and standards of ISO 9001 across our processes and operations. This included a full assessment of how quality is maintained and applied throughout the business, ensuring consistency in delivery and adherence to required standards.
